As we begin part 3, we’d like to show a chart based on the original message —
As we continue to go through our outline, keep a good look at how the outline based on the original message is solidly backed up by the Word.
At this point, we want to call attention to the Chart called “The Harvest Period and Close of Probation.”
In this Chart there is a path shown, events that occur along this path. As we study this the following event timeline is shown–
1- 1929 date as the beginning of the sealing message
2- Ezek. 9
3- The Church federation
4- The USA Two-horned Beast with the False Prophet (makes note of the MOB –Rev. 13:14-18
Here we should point out that the message tells us the Sunday Law passes first in USA then is adopted around the world, let us read —
“This drastic decree of the two-horned beast shall be adopted by the nations of the world, and the image of the beast, which will demand obedience to an ecclesiastical form of worship, will be internationally set up. The mark of the beast is Sunday observance. Under one pretext or another, the careless and indifferent will worship the image of the beast, and receive the mark.” (SRod, vol. 2, p.110)
5 – The Woman riding the Scarlet covered Beast (the world Sunday Law system)
6- Close of probation for the world
7 – Beast and False Prophet cast into the lake of fire (Rev. 19:20)
8 — All the world’s saints meet the Lord in the air
9 – The wicked are destroyed by the Lord’s brightness
Thus this VERY IMPORTANT Chart gives us a clear timeline to follow.
We see that once Ezek. 9 and the war takes place the saints start for home. They will experience JTT as they head home.
It is at this time, Rev. 12:16-17 takes place, let us read —
“But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon had sprewed out of his mouth. And the dragon was enraged with the woman and he went to make war with the rest of her off-spring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”
Coming back to the church federation that is shown to take place after Ezek. 9. We read.
” The union of the churches represented by the “woman” sitting on the “heads” must take place before the combined power of the “beast” and the “false prophet” is fully realized.” (2 SRod, p.160)
Thus we see that just as it is depicted in the Chart the Church federation happens prior to the False prophet arriving in connection with the Beast system. So as the saints head home the formation of this Church federation begins and even while the saints set up the kingdom. A double work is shown to occur in setting up the final two camps, as it were — Satan sets up his false Beast system beginning with the Church federation, while the saints set up the Lord’s kingdom in Israel! Two setups happening simultaneously!
As this federation develops, it proceeds to the next stage –the arrival of the False Prophet and the working of Satan, let us read —
“When Protestantism shall stretch forth her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of Roman power, when she shall reach over the abyss to clasp hands with Spiritualism, when under the influence of this three-fold union, our country shall repudiate every principle of its constitution as a Protestant and Republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan, and that the end is near.” — “Testimonies for the Church,” Vol. 5, p. 451.
But what happens while this church federation forms?
Let us now look at God’s servants work being done over in Israel during this time,The message has alot to say about this set up time.
First, we shall establish that after Ezek. 9, the dragon cannot “make war” with the 144,000.
“The church’s purification, therefore, will not bring the millennial time of peace. Indeed not but it will bring the end of the wicked in the church, and with it Satan’s greatest wrath against the remnant, against those who, while still among the Gentiles, dare thereafter to take their stand on the Lord’s side. They shall, nevertheless, be delivered if they, as it were risk their lives — if they take their stand on the Lord’s side and thereby put their names in the “book.” Dan. 12:1.
The dragon cannot war with the woman, the church that is made up of the first fruits, because at that time she is with the Lamb on Mt. Sion (Rev. 14:1), out of the dragon’s reach.” (1947) (Tract 15, p.89)
Another quote —
“..the truth is clearly seen that after the earth swallows the flood, after the angels separate the wicked (“the tares,” the “bad” “fish”) from the righteous (the “wheat,” the “good” “fish”) in the church, and take the righteous to Mount Sion (“the barn,” “the vessels” Matt. 13:30, 48), the dragon will then be angry with the woman (the servants of God), and as a result will war against the remnant (the second fruits, those who are then to be called out of Babylon–Rev. 18:4).” (1943)(2 Ans. p. 16)
From the above quotes, we see that the church purification makes the dragon furious but because the saints have made hast and quickly fled to the kingdom to safely stand with the Lamb on Mt. Zion, the dragon will have to war against the Great Multitude.
One more quote with this same prediction —
“Stirred to fury over her purification, the dragon will make war “with the remnant of her seed.” Against her personally, though, he will not war, because her communicants, the 144,000 (the first fruits — Rev. 7:3-8; 14:4), those who go first into the kingdom, stand with the Lamb, the King, on Mount Sion (Rev. 14:1) His palace grounds.” (1942) (Tract 12, p.44)
So once the 144,000 are safely back to the kingdom , and after going through their brief Jacob’s time of trouble while heading home, They are to begin the kingdom set up. Remember this is during the time while the Church federation is formulating by Satan, let us read —
Zech. 1:20, 21 — “And the Lord shewed me four carpenters. Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.”
Previously the prophet saw these as four horns, as powers that scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem throughout the Gentile nations, but as the angel projected the prophetic view to the time of the end he saw them as four carpenters; that is, as “horns” they come to “fray” and to “cast out the horns of the Gentiles” from the land of Judah, but as carpenters they obviously come to build for Judah. Evidently, then, when the horns (powers) of the Gentiles are cast out of the land, and God’s people are brought into it, then “the times of the Gentiles” shall have been fulfilled.” (1 TG, no. 12, p.15)
So there will be builders who are there with the 144,000, and they shall help build up the kingdom.
Then we see that the Lord authorizes a hierarchy that is set up for the Loud Cry proclamation.
Zech. 6:11 — “Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest.”
The angel is commanded to take silver and gold, and to make crowns — not one, but more than one. These are set upon Joshua’s head.
Zech. 6:14 — “And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the Lord.”
Verse 14 reveals that Joshua is to pass the crowns on to his helpers whom the Lord Himself names. This is to be a memorial, an everlasting reminder in the temple of the Lord.
What can all this mean? — Just this: Joshua is Heaven’s appointed judge, ruler. He himself is crowned as such. And in response to the Lord’s Own command, Joshua crowns (authorizes) his helpers whom the Lord Himself names. In other words, as members of “the house of David,” Joshua authorizes them to engage in the work. So, Joshua is responsible to the Lord, but his helpers are responsible to Joshua. Here is seen an organization having a Leader and an under leader — the Lord and Joshua. Thus it is that whatever is to be bound on earth, is also to be bound in Heaven (Matt. 16:19.)
As concretely as Heaven can make it, this symbolism depicts that God’s people in this final work are not to labor at cross purposes. All are to speak the same thing. So it is that His “Watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the Lord shall bring again Zion.” Isa. 52:8. Then His people shall be called “The Holy people, The redeemed of the Lord,” “Sought out, A city not forsaken” (Isa. 62:12). 1 TG, no. 8, p.26-27)
Wow! Such detail! Here we see that the Loud Cry shall have “Heaven’s appointed judge, ruler– (Joshua). Then he will authorize certain helpers to engage in the Loud Cry work. So not only is actual structure building going on with the land but a system is set in place to organize the final Gospel work!
Brethren this is simply wonderful! God shows us the final timeline in detail!
